About Image Matters
Image Matters is a product development and marketing company providing solutions to Store Display, Tradeshow Expo, and Event Marketing industries. In the visually busy and cluttered marketing environments, branded product owners demand better visual depictions that promote their product and make it stand out from the crowd.
Image Matters specializes in floor based graphics and has developed a unique, patent pending Floor Graphic Mat called ImageMattm . Floor based advertising mediums are fairly new and not wide-spread by any means. A floor level based graphic is inherently unusual and an attractant to the shopper's eye. With creative content that melds image and perspective, ImageMat reaches its potential best, as a display medium.
Image Matters is committed to being a customer needs driven innovator through application of materials in which we hare highly experienced including rubber, pvc vinyl, surface dyed textiles, digital printing and laminating.
Now...Why the Lizard in our Logo ? The lizard is an adaptive creature. He can both blend into his environment, or in an explosion of color fascinate the eye. His skin is tough....His feet are sure and grippy. He is the inspiration for the functionality and purpose of ImageMattm.
POLICIES
Return Policy… Except in the case of defective or damaged material returns for credit are at the sole discretion of Image Matters Inc. with the following provisions:
- Logo Mats and Custom Cut mats are created for your unique use. It is the customer’s responsibility to review "the Proof" provided by Image Matters Inc. and check for correct color, layout and spelling. We will make every effort to assure your satisfaction with the end product.
- Non-Logo Standard Size Matting may be returned at the sole discretion of Image Matters Inc. On approved returns(other than for defective or damaged material), customer will be responsible for return shipping expense and a 20% restocking charge.
Warranty… All products that Image Matters Inc. sells are warranted for manufacturing defects. Warranty periods may vary with different products. Customer should inquire about specific product’s recommended usage, warranty, terms and conditions.
Lead Time … Production Times are as follows:
- ImageMat 7-21 days depending on size of order.
- Jet Dye Logo Mats 5-10 working days.
- Tufted Logo Mats 7-14 working days.
- All Rubber Floor Poster Logo Mat 14-21 days.
- Flocked Logo Mats 14-21 days.
- Most Non-Logo matting ships within 10 working days.
Rush orders must be arranged at the time of Order Placement; up-charges may apply. Image Matters Inc. cannot be responsible for errors or delays of the shipping company. We use FedEX Ground or UPS Ground for most shipments under 150 lbs and will select a common freight carrier for larger orders.
If customer has a specific designated carrier or needs expedited shipping, this must be requested at time of order placement.
Privacy… The privacy and security of our customers is very important to us. We do not send spam email nor do we sell or share our customer list with any third parties.
